What is included in a MetaFit plan?
Every plan includes a metabolic assessment, an ongoing care team, and the MetaFit app for tracking food, weight, and progress. MetaFit+ adds AI-powered coaching and continuous health monitoring. MetaFitPro adds nutrition and trainer support. MetaFitSure adds dedicated doctor consultations for patients on doctor-supervised GLP-1 therapy.
Is the cost of GLP-1 medication included in the subscription?
No. The subscription covers clinical supervision, coaching, and the app. Medication such as semaglutide or tirzepatide is prescribed separately where clinically appropriate and billed at cost. This is deliberate — it keeps the programme fee transparent and means you are never paying a markup on your prescription.
Do I need a prescription before signing up?
No. You start with an eligibility check and a metabolic assessment. Our doctors then determine whether GLP-1 therapy is clinically appropriate for you. Many members are not prescribed medication at all and progress on coaching, nutrition, and training alone.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Plans can be cancelled in line with our refund and cancellation policy. We do not lock members into long contracts — if the programme is not working for you, we would rather understand why than hold you to a term.
How long does the programme last?
Metabolic change is measured in months, not weeks. Most members see meaningful movement in waist circumference and metabolic markers within three to six months. Weight regain after stopping abruptly is common, so we plan for a maintenance phase from the beginning rather than treating a target weight as the finish line.
Is MetaFit available across India?
Yes. The programme is delivered online — consultations, coaching, lab review, and app-based tracking — so it works the same whether you are in a metro or a smaller city, without needing a specialist clinic nearby.
