Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Scope
This policy applies to payments made for MetaFit programs, consultations, and recurring subscriptions. It is intended to align with applicable RBI e-mandate and card recurring payment requirements.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Once canceled, no future auto-debit will be attempted for upcoming cycles.
- Access and services remain active until the end of the already paid billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan details.
3. Refund Eligibility
- If you are charged after a valid cancellation request made before the renewal time, you are eligible for a full refund of that renewal charge.
- Duplicate or technically failed transactions (where amount is debited more than once) are eligible for full refund after verification.
- Consultation, onboarding, logistics, and medication charges that are already delivered or consumed are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Auto-Debit and RBI e-Mandate
- Recurring payments are processed only after mandate registration with your bank or issuer as required.
- Pre-debit notifications and additional authentication (where applicable) are handled by payment partners as per RBI directions.
- You may withdraw consent for future auto-debit through available cancellation options on our platform or through your bank/issuer controls.
5. Refund Timelines
- Eligible refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Final credit timeline depends on your payment method and issuing bank, typically 7-10 business days.
