Welcome to MetaFit. By accessing or using our app, website, or any related services — including our subscription plans — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

MetaFit is a medical weight loss platform that combines AI-powered calorie tracking, live coaching, and — on eligible plans — facilitated access to medical consultation and prescription support. Services are available via our iOS app, Android app, and website.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MetaFit's AI coaching, calorie tracking, and content are for informational and wellness support purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen.

Where MetaFitPro includes facilitated access to medical consultations, such consultations are conducted by independent registered medical practitioners. MetaFit acts as a technology facilitator and is not itself a healthcare provider. Any prescriptions or medical recommendations are the sole responsibility of the treating physician. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to any MetaFit paid plan, including MetaFit+ and MetaFitPro
  • You must be a resident of India or a jurisdiction where MetaFit is available
  • By using the app, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Provide accurate personal and health information — this is essential for safe and effective service delivery
  • Do not share your account; subscriptions are personal and non-transferable
  • Notify us immediately at care@joinmeta.fit if you suspect unauthorised account access

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use MetaFit only for lawful, personal weight management purposes
  • Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
  • Do not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise MetaFit content without written permission
  • Do not submit false health information to obtain a consultation or prescription

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Available Plans

MetaFit offers the following paid subscription plans:

Current pricing is displayed on the subscription screen at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Auto-Renewal & Billing

All MetaFit subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically on renewal. You will receive a reminder before your yearly plan renews.

6.3 Platform-Specific Billing

  • iOS (Apple App Store): Payments are processed by Apple. Your subscription is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage and cancel your subscription via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone/iPad. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
  • Android (Google Play Store): Payments are processed by Google. Your subscription is charged to your Google Account. You can manage and cancel via Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
  • Website: Payments are processed via Razorpay, PhonePe or Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise MetaFit to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method on each renewal date.

6.4 Cross-Platform Access

An active MetaFit subscription grants access to premium features across all supported platforms (iOS, Android, Web) when you are logged into the same MetaFit account. Platform-specific subscription entitlements (e.g., an Apple App Store purchase) are managed by that platform and may not automatically sync to other platforms.

6.5 Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your subscription, except where required by applicable law
  • Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are governed by their respective store policies — MetaFit cannot issue refunds for store-processed transactions directly
  • For website purchases, refund requests can be submitted to care@joinmeta.fit and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

7. Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your active MetaFit subscription at any time:

  • In-App: Go to Profile → Subscription in the MetaFit app
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions
  • Web: Log in at joinmeta.fit and go to Account Settings

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, AI features, and software on MetaFit are the property of MetaFit or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false health information, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period, unless required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed workouts, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MetaFit in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of MetaFit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
